Le'Veon Bell is unlikely to report by Tuesday's deadline and expected to forfeit the entire season. according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. The team got no clarity from Bell over the weekend and has no choice but to move on. Unprecedented move. Despite many twists and turns and changed plans, Bell is staying true to what he told ESPN in January -- that he'd consider sitting out the season if franchise tagged for a second time.

Ben Roethlisberger said Eric Reid told him he was sorry and had no ill intent on the late-third-quarter hit that got him ejected.

If Ben Roethlisberger keeps delivering like this, with quick decision-making and a high-level offensive line, the Steelers might have the best chance at a Super Bowl since the early Mike Tomlin years. The offense looked comfortable, efficient, even possessed in a 52-21 win over Carolina. And the defensive pass rush is only improving.

Tonight's was Ben Roethlisberger's 209th career NFL game and 207th start. His 35.8 fantasy points were the third-most he has scored in any of them, and two of his three best single-game scores have now occurred this year: He also scored 39.0 (his second-most) in Week 2.

Antonio Brown and James Conner, who each scored Thursday night, are the first pair of teammates with 10-plus touchdowns each in their team's first nine games since Abner Haynes and Chris Burford with the 1962 Chiefs.
