Time for Raiders to focus on draft?

Defensive inconsistency has all but derailed the playoff hopes for the Raiders, who FPI projects to have just a 4 percent chance of qualifying for the postseason. Even landing a top-10 pick appears to be worse than a coin-flip proposition for Oakland.
