Rams center John Sullivan is being helped off the field, with the Rams driving once again to start the second half. Looks like it's his left knee. Austin Blythe would fill in for Sullivan if he's out. Blythe performed well in Sullivan's absence late in Week 3.

Mike Rodak ESPN Staff Writer

Bills CB E.J. Gaines is out for the remainder of Sunday's game with a hamstring injury suffered in the third quarter. Gaines missed Buffalo's last game, in Cincinnati in Week 5, with a groin injury. He was replaced Sunday by Shareece Wright.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

Jay Cutler (chest) could be done for the day, but the Jets can't relax. Matt Moore has played well against them in the past, including a blowout win by Miami last December in New Jersey.

Mike Wells ESPN Staff Writer

Colts QB Jacoby Brissett is starting to get up slower and slower after each hit/sack he takes. He's been sacked four times and hit six times.Scott Tolzien, who lost the starting job after Week 1, is on the sideline warning up.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

Sterling Shepard among the Giants inactives. He's been dealing with an ankle injury and was limited at practice this week. Giants have bye next week, so this gives him time.

Matt Bowen ESPN Staff Writer

OJ Howard TD catch in the red zone. Play action with the rookie on a shallow crossing route. That gives Howard 61 yards receiving on four grabs.

David Newton ESPN Staff Writer

Guard Trai Turner limping off for Panthers. Third Carolina offensive linemen to leave with an injury this game. Amini Silatolu will fill in.

Brady Henderson ESPN

The Seahawks' inactives vs. the Giants: CB Jeremy Lane, S Tedric Thompson, G Jordan Roos, LG Luke Joeckel, OT Isaiah Battle, DT Garrison Smith. The Seahawks only have six inactive players instead of the usual seven because their 53-man roster is currently at 52 after putting DE Cliff Avril on injured reserve.

James Walker ESPN Staff Writer

Quiet stadium as Dolphins starting QB Jay Cutler is injured and went inside the locker room.‬ Chest injury and status is questionable.

Mike Triplett ESPN Staff Writer

Saints G Larry Warford is out of the game with an abdominal strain. Warford has been a solid, steady addition to the line this year after signing a big free-agent deal to migrate from Detroit. And it adds to a rotating list of injuries for the Saints' line. (C Max Unger and LT Terron Armstead were hurt in the summer; RT Zach Strief was placed on IR with a knee injury two weeks ago).

Mike Wells ESPN Staff Writer

That's two drops for Colts rookie running back Marlon Mack today. He's talented, but he's continuing to show that his hands are not very good. Mack also dropped a pass again Tennessee in Week 6

Eric D. Williams ESPN Staff Writer

Chargers K Nick Novak in the powder blue jersey.

Tristan H. Cockcroft ESPN Senior Writer

From 2010 Week 15 through 2013 Week 3, a span of 38 team games, the Chicago Bears D/ST had nine games of 20-plus fantasy points. In 67 games since, they've failed to reach that threshold once. Today: 26 fantasy points, about 18 minutes to play.

Todd Archer ESPN Staff Writer

Rookie RB Aaron Jones has his second 100-yard game. He went over 100 yards on his 11th carry.

Matt Bowen ESPN Staff Writer

Drew Brees TD pass to Brandon Coleman. Double-move in the red zone. Slant and Go to beat rookie CB Kevin King.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

That Tyrod Taylor 22-yard touchdown pass to Logan Thomas doesn't happen if the Bucs' pass rush some heat on Taylor. It also wouldn't have happened if the Bucs weren't out of position on the play. T.J. Ward was in there for Chris Conte.

Mike Triplett ESPN Staff Writer

Good start to the second half for the Saints and their passing game. Drew Brees threw a 22-yard TD pass to a wide-open Brandon Coleman after a great leaping 21-yard catch by Michael Thomas on third-and-9 a couple plays earlier. It's still an imperfect day for New Orleans, though, as the extra-point attempt was blocked. So the Packers still lead 14-13.

Jamison Hensley ESPN Staff Writer

Ravens' problems on run defense aren't solved by return of defensive tackle Brandon Williams. Baltimore has allowed 138 yards rushing, including a 29-yard touchdown run by the Vikings' Latavius Murray.

Mike Rodak ESPN Staff Writer

From one former Virginia Tech quarterback to another: Buffalo's Tyrod Taylor threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to tight end Logan Thomas in the third quarter of Sunday's game against Tampa. It was Thomas' second career catch and first touchdown. He converted to tight end in Detroit last season before signing with the Bills.

Rob Demovsky ESPN Staff Writer

Rookie mistake by Kevin King. Got caught looking in the backfield on Drew Brees' pump fake, and the veteran QB had an easy 22-yard TD.

Cameron Wolfe ESPN Staff Writer

Titans safety Kevin Byard is having a day. He's the first Titans player since 2014 (former CB Jason McCourty) to get two INTs in same game. Puts Titans in good field position but they can't punch it in.

Courtney Cronin ESPN Staff Writer

Ravens-Vikings has 6 field goals made of 40+ yards. In the last 15 years, there have been 3 other games that had 6 field goals made of 40+ yards: 2011 CHI vs. OAK, 2011 OAK vs. HOU, 2007 MIA vs. HOU, per ESPN Stats and Info.
