Among those on my 2016 preseason Top 10 injury list (partly based on past history): Sammy Watkins, Tony Romo, Dez Bryant, Jamaal Charles.

ILB Brian Cushing (knee) and LT Duane Brown (quadriceps) practiced again today. There is a possibility that both play on Sunday against the Titans, but we should know more after head coach Bill O'Brien speaks this afternoon.

Vaughn McClure ESPN Staff Writer

Falcons coach Dan Quinn said linebackers DeVondre Campbell and Paul Worrilow are out for Sunday's game. Everybody else, including Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu, ready to go off injuries.

Vaughn McClure ESPN Staff Writer

Devonta Freeman back at practice today for Falcons after missing yesterday with illness.

John Keim ESPN Staff Writer

Redskins corner Josh Norman, who missed practice Thursday with the flu, is back today.

Mike Rodak ESPN Staff Writer

Bills have declared Sammy Watkins as out for Sunday's game vs. New England. Rex Ryan says there is "major concern" over Watkins' availability moving forward this season.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter said he's not worried about Mike Evans possibly losing his composure against Aqib Talib, a known trash-talker. "I trust Mike. I think he's really made it a point of emphasis. He's had a couple chances -- whether you call it 'losing cool' or 'frustration' -- I think Mike has really turned the corner."

Jamison Hensley ESPN Staff Writer

Ravens LT Ronnie Stanley (foot) missed his third straight practice and LG Alex Lewis (concussion) was limited. It looks like James Hurst will start at LT on Sunday and Ryan Jensen will go at LG.

Mike Reiss ESPN Staff Writer

Patriots QBs Jimmy Garoppolo (10) and Jacoby Brissett (7) finish their warmup and jog to their next drill at practice. Media members didn't see any throwing during a limited peek at practice.

Todd Archer ESPN Staff Writer

Dez Bryant will not practice today but Jason Garrett will not rule the Cowboys wide receiver out of Sunday's game at San Francisco yet. If left tackle Tyron Smith (back) practices it will be in a limited fashion. He did not play last week against the Chicago Bears.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

CBs Eli Apple (hamstring) and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (groin) didn't practice. Worked on side with trainers. Doesn't look good for Monday.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

Bucs wide receiver Cecil Shorts III was on the practice field for the end of practice, when reporters came back onto the field after the closed viewing portion was over. He actually jogged off the field. That's encouraging.

What's wrong with @steelers defense? Let's put it this way. They have 1 sack on the season. Every other team has at least 3

Somebody new must be in charge of the warmup music for the Panthers. Today Cam Newton seemed to enjoy dancing to "Your Love is Lifting me Higher" followed by James Brown's "I Got You." Earlier this week "Brown Eyed Girl" was on the playlist.

ESPN Stats and Information

Marcus Mariota had a 3.6 Total QBR against the Raiders on Sunday despite a decent-looking stat line: 17-of-33 for 214 passing yards. But Mariota struggled mightily on third downs, converting first downs on two of his 12 plays (he also was flagged for a false start on a third-and-9 in the red zone, which affected his rating). Looking only at his third-down play, Mariota's QBR was a 1.3.

Panthers packed for short road trip to Atlanta for Sunday's key NFC South matchup.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

Bucs center Joe Hawley is snapping the ball to Jameis Winston in practice today, which is a good sign. He suffered an ankle injury and missed practice Wednesday. He returned but was limited on Thursday. If he cannot go, the team has Evan Smith as a backup.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

No sign of tight end Luke Stocker (ankle), running back Doug Martin (hamstring) or wide receiver Cecil Shorts III (hamstring) at Bucs practice.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

Bucs defensive end Robert Ayers is out at practice today but is on the sideline, chatting with assistants Jay Hayes and Paul Spicer. It's the first time all week I've seen him on the practice field. He had a cast removed from his ankle earlier this week. No limp.
