The Seahawks list CB Jeremy Lane (groin) as doubtful for Sunday's game vs. the Giants, which means he'll likely miss his second straight game. Rookie Shaquill Griffin would again start opposite Richard Sherman in Lane's absence, with Justin Coleman handling the slot in nickel situations. Seattle lists DL Michael Bennett (heel) as questionable, but coach Pete Carroll said it looks like he'll be able to play. Also questionable: RB C.J. Prosise (ankle), DE Marcus Smith (ankle), DT Nazair Jones (knee). LG Luke Joeckel (knee) and DE Cliff Avril (neck) are out, as expected.

Saints CB Delvin Breaux was in uniform on the practice field Friday, though he was not participating in the portion open to the media. This was the first week Breaux was eligible to practice, and he is eligible to play his first game in Week 9 after he began the year on injured reserve with a broken fibula. “I think Delvin's on or ahead of schedule,” Saints coach Sean Payton said. “And I think it's not long here before he's doing everything.”

Ezekiel Elliot's hearing for an injunction is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 30, which would allow him to play against the Washington Redskins on Oct. 29. The NFL is asking for an expedited hearing next week with hopes of a resolution by Oct. 27. If Elliott were to not win the injunction, his six-game suspension would begin immediately.

Anthony Barr said headbutting Devante Adams was just him being "stupid" and getting overly excited about Xavier Rhodes picking off Brett Hundley's pass. "That's not me being dirty, that's just me being stupid. It cost my team 15 yards in a crucial situation. Getting a turnover, I was just way too excited. I need to celebrate with my teammates instead of talking to the opponent and I will learn from that mistake."

WR Chris Hogan, who had been limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday, says today that he will play Sunday night against the Falcons. He had an injury to his ribs in last Sunday's win over the Jets.

John Keim ESPN Staff Writer

Redskins corners Bashaud Breeland (knee) and Josh Norman (rib) both took part in some team drills. They still were considered limited but they did do more than Thursday.

Ravens rule out five players: WR Breshad Perriman, RB Terrance West, OL Matt Skura, TE Maxx Williams and LB Tim Williams. In total, 16 players are on the injury report for Sunday's game in Minnesota. That's 30 percent of the 53-man roster.

Michael Floyd (hamstring), Mackensie Alexander (hip), Riley Reiff (ankle) and Tramaine Brock (hamstring) are all listed as questionable after being limited in practice on Friday. Mike Zimmer said 'yeah' when asked whether Sam Bradford saw a specialist this week for his injured left knee then added "it was last week." Zimmer said Bradford saw the "same guy" and reaffirmed that the injury will not require surgery. As far as Bradford's outlook for the rest of the season, Zimmer believes he will be able to play.

Denver Broncos coach Vance Joseph has said he considers linebacker Corey Nelson "a starter'' because of all of the roles Nelson has on defense and special teams. However, the Broncos now have to find others to fill all of those roles as Nelson is headed to injured reserve with an elbow injury. Nelson will have surgery Monday to repair an injury he suffered in Thursday's practice. The Broncos will sign rookie linebacker Jerrol Garcia-Williams off their practice squad Saturday. "Corey's had a great year, both on defense and on special teams,'' Joseph said. "That's a big loss for us, but it happens.'

Ravens coach John Harbaugh said he likes the chances of defensive tackle Brandon Williams playing Sunday in Minnesota. Williams, who's been out the past four games with a foot injury, will test out the foot during pre-game warmups to make sure he's ready to play. "So far in practice, so good," Harbaugh said of Williams, who's been a full participant all week.

Bucs and Bills final injury reports. Jameis Winston's status officially questionable but Dirk Koetter said he'll start.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

We watched Jameis Winston throw for about 10 minutes of the 30 minutes of practice that were open to the media. No team periods but he did throw to his receivers for the first time in four days. He still has some arm strength, that's for sure. At one point, he jokingly chucked the ball towards the corner of the end zone, very much overthrowing it, nearly hitting a group of reporters. All week long, there were questions about his velocity. That was his way of answering them. Head coach Dirk Koetter got a real chuckle out of it too.

Dolphins HC Adam Gase said injured quarterback Ryan Tannehill makes suggestions to him and helps Jay Cutler along during games.

Jamison Hensley ESPN Staff Writer

Ravens coach John Harbaugh didn't seem too concerned about the amount of injuries at wide receiver. He pointed out how Mike Wallace and Jeremy Maclin have practiced this week. "We're pretty hopeful with those guys," Harbaugh said. "But it's hard to predict."
