Fatigue is really setting in for the Bucs on defense and a number of players are getting banged up. Defensive tackle Gerald McCoy limped off the field. Cornerback Vernon Hargreaves and Ryan Smith have both been checked by the training staff. They've been on the field right now for over 26 minutes.

Matthew Stafford emerged from Week 2 tied for third in TD passes with 49 since the Lions started perking up in Week 10 of the 2015 season. But with little support from the ground game -- Detroit ranks 26th in rushing TDs over that period -- the team is only 12th in points per game. The offense needs more points here against the Falcons.

Chargers uniforms today vs. Chiefs.

With Joe Barksdale out, Michael Schofield is expected to start at right tackle for Chargers.

Vaughn McClure ESPN Staff Writer

Matt Ryan with two picks today. The first one was a pick 6. Will this latest one be converted into a touchdown, too.

James Walker ESPN Staff Writer

Dolphins safety Nate Allen has a hamstring injury and his return is questionable.

Sarah Barshop ESPN Staff Writer

Deshaun Watson has now made two great throws for touchdowns in this game. His passing game continues to improve. He's thrown a bad interception, but otherwise hasn't looked like a rookie quarterback, which is especially impressive against the Patriots.

Michael Rothstein ESPN Staff Writer

The Lions defense has been exceedingly opportunistic today. Not missing many chances for big plays at all.

Rob Demovsky ESPN Staff Writer

Temperature on the field right now. Granted this isn't official but ...

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

Words I never thought I write this season: Utter domination by the Jets.

Eric D. Williams ESPN Staff Writer

Chargers inactives: T Joe Barksdale, QB Cardale Jones, DE Jerry Attaochu, TE Sean Culkin, LB Hayes Pullard, T Tyler Marz, WR Mike Williams.

Mike Reiss ESPN Staff Writer

Patriots starting CB Stephon Gilmore has left for the locker room at the start of the second half. He had a groin injury entering the game, and the team said his absence is a result of dehydration. Jonathan Jones has replaced him.

David Newton ESPN Staff Writer

Panthers Pro Bowl outside linebacker Thomas Davis back on the field after going out earlier with a rib injury. He makes the tackle on his first play.

Mike Triplett ESPN Staff Writer

The Saints' defense finally had a few of the big-play breakdowns that have been plaguing them all year as Carolina closed within 24-13 late in the third quarter -- including a 37-yard pass play to Christian McCaffrey and two long passes to Devin Funchess.

Eric D. Williams ESPN Staff Writer

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes warms up before the game.

David Newton ESPN Staff Writer

That 3-yard touchdown run by Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was the first touchdown by the offense since the third quarter of the opener. Carolina had gone seven straight quarters without getting into the end zone.

Michael Rothstein ESPN Staff Writer

Anthony Zettel is officially questionable with a knee injury.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

Frustration starting to show for Giants. Odell Beckham was visibly upset and needed calming after last INT. Landon Collins furious after TD made it 14-0 Eagles.

Eric D. Williams ESPN Staff Writer

Chargers DE Chris McCain took 8-year-old fan Joshua Amaro-Anderson out of the stands and gave him a tour of the field at StubHub Center. An LA native, it's Amaro-Anderson's first football game.

Adam Teicher ESPN Staff Writer

The Chiefs are also making a change in their starting offensive line at center, where Mitch Morse will not play because of a sprained foot. He will be replaced by Zach Fulton, a former starter at guard. The backups today will be Jordan Devey at the interior positions and Cameron Erving at tackle.

Arash Markazi ESPN Senior Writer

Parking at Los Angeles Chargers games isn't cheap.

David Newton ESPN Staff Writer

That pass to Christian McCaffrey deep down the left sideline is the best example so far on how dangerous the first-round pick can be as a receiver.

Dan Graziano ESPN Staff Writer

Awful play by Eli Apple there. Turn around, you have an interception. Giants in it deep now.

Matt Bowen ESPN Staff Writer

The Patriots cleared out of the middle of the field on the Brandin Cooks TD catch. Play action out of a run set with a deep post/seam over the top. Lot of room for Cooks to run the dig route.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

Quarterback Jameis Winston threw a strike to Cameron Brate to score the Bucs' first touchdown of the game. It was set up by a 50-yard kickoff return by Bernard Reedy. Offensive yardage has been hard to come by today for the Bucs. They're 1-for-6 on third down so far. They've also been outgained 338 yards to 197 yards of total offense.
