Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans has 17 first downs this season, more than any other player in the league. He's also caught 3 of 4 red zone targets this year (75 percent). Last year he caught just 2 of 13 (15.4 percent). Small sample size but noticeable improvement.

Rams DT Aaron Donald, on JJ Watt potentially missing the year after re-injuring his back: "It's tough for him. You never want to hear about a guy being injured, missing a season. Definitely not a guy who plays at such a high level as that guy. Health is the most important thing. It's better to be out there a hundred percent than to be putting bad film out there. ... He's a playmaker. Any time a guy is flying around, making plays like that, he's going to be a fun player to watch. Definitely somebody you respect and you tune in to watch."

C.J. Spiller's most obvious fit with the Seahawks is as their third-down back. They initially drafted C.J. Prosise to have him fill that role, but Prosise has been dealing with a hand injury that will take three more weeks to fully heal, according to Pete Carroll. Alex Collins was the team's third-down back Sunday, but that role does not really fit his skill set.
