Linebacker Terrell Suggs was the only non-injured Ravens player not to practice at voluntary OTA on Thursday. "He probably could practice but I'm holding him out," coach John Harbaugh said. "He's in here training every single day and doing a great job on the conditioning part of it."

The nine Ravens who didn't participate in Thursday's voluntary OTA were: LB Terrell Suggs, G Marshal Yanda (offseason shoulder surgery), LB C.J. Mosley (shoulder surgery), TEs Benjamin Watson (Achilles), Maxx Williams (knee) and Darren Waller (undisclosed); CBs Kyle Arrington (concussion) and Carlos Davis (lower leg); and OL Jarell Broxton (undisclosed).

Ravens TE Maxx Williams (knee) is expected to be ready for training camp. According to coach John Harbaugh, Williams underwent surgery that no other football player has ever had.
