The Lions have re-signed WR Aaron Dobson. Detroit cut Dobson on Saturday to make room for Zaviar Gooden, who was released on Monday. Gooden was brought back to the practice squad.

The Bills have released kickoff specialist Jordan Gay, opening a spot on their 53-man roster. They also signed WR Ed Eagan and C Terran Vaughn to their practice squad and released LB Carlos Fields and S Damian Parms from their practice squad.

Texans defensive end Devon Still visited the Texas Children's Hospital today to visit with children with cancer and to read his book "I am Leah Strong."

CB Michael Hunter re-signed by Giants. He takes the roster spot of Shane Vereen, who is placed on injured reserve. Vereen remains eligible for designation to return. Hunter is needed with Eli Apple and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie struggling with injuries.

I did see the clip, and we had some fun (with) it on the plane ride home last night."

The 49ers added another to their group of receivers Tuesday, signing WR/returner Keshawn Martin to a 2-year deal. Martin is likely to take OL Anthony Davis' spot on the roster after he retired again on Monday. The team worked out Martin a couple of weeks ago. Martin is capable of playing outside or slot receiver and also has experience returning kicks and punts. He has 62 receptions for 685 yards and five touchdowns in four NFL seasons with the Houston Texans and New England Patriots.
