TCU called for fans to Blackout The Carter today. The all-black unis are definitely sharp.

ESPN Stats and Information

Maybe Tennessee has Georgia just where the Vols want them. Tennessee is 3-0 this season when trailing by 10 or more, the most double-digit comebacks in the country.

Michigan gets on the board first

No. 4 Michigan and No. 8 Wisconsin traded punts throughout the first quarter, but the Wolverines punched it in early in the second quarter to take a 7-0 lead on ABC.

Wake Forest gets on the board in Raleigh, but the Deacs' D has had trouble stopping Ryan Finley, which a lot of teams have struggled with so far. Finley entered the day completing an FBS-best 76.3 percent of his passes, and he's connected on 10 of his first 13 throws against Wake, for 150 yards and a TD.

Andrea Adelson ESPN Staff Writer

Boston College has one of the easiest nonconference schedules in the country, and has gone 3-0 against the weaker competition after posting a 35-3 win over Buffalo. In its only two games against Power 5 opponents to date, BC has lost. The schedule gets harder again next week against Clemson.

TCU's new black helmet. It's quite shiny.

ESPN Stats and Information

All three of Michigan's losses under Jim Harbaugh have come after the Wolverines were held scoreless in the first quarter (1-3 record).

Dan Murphy ESPN Staff Writer

Never seen that one before. Michigan's offense lined up all 11 players in an I-formation before rushing to the line of scrimmage. The resulting play got them down to the 1 yard line. They'll start the second quarter there. No score yet between the Wolverines and Wisconsin.

Seminoles' Aguayo misses third field goal

FSU K Ricky Aguayo misses on a 45-yard FG attempt. Aguayo is 0-for-3 in the game, and the No. 12 Seminoles trail UNC 7-0 at the end of the first quarter on ESPN.

Two numbers ... one touchdown. Auburn WR Kyle Davis, who has worn No. 11 all year, switches to No. 86 and hauls in a 48-yard touchdown reception -- the first of his career. But he also might still wear 11 today? Gus Malzahn getting tricky against UL Monroe.

Knight evens score in Columbia

South Carolina scored first, but Texas A&M QB Trevor Knight's 4-yard TD run makes it a 7-7 game on SEC Network.

Really tough 45-42 loss for an Iowa State team that did everything right for three quarters, but at least there's no QB controversy going forward. Joel Lanning completed 17 of 23 passes for 261 yards, rushed for 57 yards and scored 3 total TDs. He'd been splitting snaps with Jacob Park prior to this week.

Sony Michel slicing & dicing on that TD. It's a heckuva thing to see a guy dig a heel & make a cut and never consider slowing down.

Edward Aschoff ESPN Staff Writer

Right now Georgia is doing what Florida couldn't last week against Tennessee: run the football. Georgia has 57 yards on the ground so far in the first quarter after Sony Michel's 14-yard touchdown run right up the middle of the field.

ESPN Stats and Information

Baylor rallied to beat Iowa State with 17 fourth-quarter points. The Bears have outscored opponents 45-0 this season in the fourth and are one of three FBS teams that have not allowed a point in the final quarter. The others: Ohio State (45-0) and Miami (21-0).

Auburn taking care of business

Auburn QB Sean White finds a wide open Kyle Davis for a 48-yard TD. The Tigers are up 14-0 over Louisiana Monroe.

Baylor's defense dug itself a big hole by giving up 42 points, then thoroughly shut down Iowa State in the fourth quarter. The Cyclones produced 7 total yards and three punts on 9 plays in the final quarter. The crazy thing about that? Iowa State did not punt once in the game's first three quarters.
