Trevor Bauer got a reprieve when Cleveland eliminated Toronto in the ALCS, and he expects his injured pinkie finger to cooperate in time for the World Series. "I'll be ready to pitch in the World Series whenever they need me," Bauer said Wednesday. "I'm doing everything I can and I'll be back out there for sure." It remains to be seen if the Indians have the same confidence level in his healing ability.
