You always hear about the Yankees doing things first-class. Here's an example: In the visitors' clubhouse, there are four black leather couches, and the middle back pillow on each one has an authentic, embroidered Orioles logo on it. Turns out each middle pillow has a zip-out swatch that allows them to swap out the logos depending on which team is in town. Because of that (and because it's a really swanky room), you'd never know it was the visitors' clubhouse.

He said he came away from that debacle believing his outfielders definitely need to know the ground rules for visiting ballparks "so we don't have to get ourselves in those situations."
