Bell meets Oregon hoops legend
Former Oregon Ducks forward Jordan Bell met Oregon basketball legend and current Golden State Warriors broadcaster Jim Barnett as Bell was officially welcomed to the team on Friday. Prior to his time in the NBA and broadcasting career, Barnett was an All-American at the University of Oregon and is a member of both the University of Oregon and State of Oregon Athletics Hall of Fame.
The Memphis Grizzlies will receive Oregon forward Dillon Brooks (via Rockets), who was selected with the No. 45 overall pick of the 2017 NBA draft on Thursday night.
The Atlanta Hawks selected Oregon guard Tyler Dorsey with the No. 41 overall pick of the 2017 NBA draft on Thursday night.
