Willie Taggart asked about the quarterback position after not signing one Wednesday: "We would have liked to sign a quarterback in this class but it's not the end of the world that we didn't." Florida State has three scholarship quarterbacks on the roster.

With James Foster going to Texas A&M, Florida State won't have a quarterback signed in this class. With only three scholarship quarterbacks on the roster, it's possible Florida State will go the grad transfer route to bolster depth at the position.

Florida State adds yet another four-star with defensive end Jamarcus Chatman. The Seminoles have had a huge day, adding four ESPN 300 players today, along with four other four-star players to what should be a Top 15 class.

Florida State continues its push up the rankings by adding ESPN 300 athlete Tre'Shaun Harrison. The Seminoles have climbed into the top 15 of the class rankings.

Loud cheers in the Florida State war room when Anthony Grant's letter of intent arrived. Coaches had a good feeling they'd be able to flip him from Tennessee.

There's a different vibe in the Florida State war room with Willie Taggart in charge. Rap music is playing as coaches wait on letters. As soon as the letters arrive, the music switches to the Seminole war chant and coaches do the Tomahawk chop.

ESPN300 offensive lineman Christian Meadows became the first Florida State signee on National Signing Day, getting his letter in shortly after 7 a.m. ET. He is a crucial player to this class as the new coaching staff begins to revamp the offensive line.

Florida State started signing day early by flipping Georgia running back Anthony Grant from Tennessee. Grant, a three-star running back, had been committed to Tennessee since June, but recently visited the Noles in January and flipped his commitment on signing day.
