Tennessee landed a commitment from four-star defensive tackle D'Andre Litaker on Tuesday. Litaker had offers from quite a few SEC programs but chose to stay in-state and play for the Vols. Tennessee now has 13 commitments, five of which are ranked in the ESPN 300.
