Luck was limited Friday. He didn't practice Thursday because it was a rehab day. Just like on Wednesday, the quarterback's throws were scripted on the number of passes he made, the distance and to what routes he threw the passes. The Colts are continuing their methodical approach with Luck from his right shoulder surgery in January.
"See how he feels [Saturday] and just keep plugging away," Colts coach Chuck Pagano said.
The goal, barring a setback, is for Luck's workload to increase next week so that he can continue to take the steps necessary in making his 2017 regular-season debut.
"That's the plan," Pagano said. "To keep ramping that thing up until eventually you get him working with the team, doing team stuff."
